My deepest condolences to the Sidbury family in the loss of your loved one. May the God of all tender mercies grant peace and strength to you to endure during this most difficult time. May you be comforted by fond memories and loving words: like those found at Psalm 29:11

I will always have great memories of Lacy cooking on our Police hurricane trips. He loved firing up a big grill and standing there cooking all day with a towel thrown over his shoulder. We couldn't have survived without him. Many thanks for all his faithful years of service to the citizens of Charleston.

Joan, You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I remember how happy you and Lacy were together back in the 70's when we were all beginning our careers and marriages. Rae Lusk Stampley

Lacy & I went to high school together and spent years at Charleston Police Dept. We had some good times working the streets of Charleston. Lacy was always cooking something in the micro wave oven in the break room that had the building smelling like seafood.
May God give your family peace and welcome you home with him my friend.

We really had great times at CPD. Enjoyed knowing you since high school. Lacy was always cooking some kinda seafood in the microwave in the break room at CPD. Sorry we lost contact after you left CPD. Lacy was a great man and a loyal friend. God rest your soul my friend.
