We are so sorry for your loss. We will always remember the great times we had watching the tigers play, as well as watching our children grow and now their children. Thoughts and prayers for all during this difficult time.

I am so sorry to hear about my friend Jim. He was a great man and a great friend of mine . We both love our Clemson tiger. I am going to miss seeing him at the Berkeley football game on Friday night. He love our stags and he was great as the voice of the Berkeley stags. We will see our friend again one day in heaven

So sorry to hear about Jim passing. He has done so much for Berkeley County. Will always remember him announcing the Berkeley Football game. He always did a great job. He was the 13th man for Berkeley. He will be missed. Kathy & he were never to busy to visit. Always went out of there way. Please know that y'all are in our prayers.
Love,
Bob & Judy Jones

Dear Kathy

Thank you for sharing your man with our community. While we only worked together for a few years, he made those turbulent times at the B.E.S.T Committee doable. His leadership and sense of humor were so instrumental to the organization's success. Hugs

Jim became my neighbor as the newly elected county supervisor many years ago. Early during his first term I called and spoke with him. I explained that I wanted to welcome him to our neighborhood and that to be good neighbors a privacy fence needed to be built between his parking lot and my backyard because of elevation issues (land had been built up to accommodate parking lot and buildings). Jim told me that he would look into my request/concerns.

Hugs to each of you. Jim was a very special person to me and my family for a lifetime. He taught me so much during the short time I worked with him at Whispering Pines. Thank you, Jim, for the memories and all the training you gave me... which I still use much of it today. RIP, my friend. I love you.

A man of the people for the people. What an amazing life he had. God Bless his family.

Got to know Jim when his daughter Sam & husband Nate moved in next door. Though we only new him and Kathy for a few years, once you spend some time with him (and Kathy) you feel like you had known him (them) all your life. A better man will not be found. A big Crown Royal and Ginger Ale toast to you. GO TIGERS

Thoughts and Prayers always
Byron & Linda
