Judge Vicky, this is Omar Perez, I'm a retired Deputy Sheriff who used to be assigned to you whenever you served in Charleston, and I met Leigh a few times when you were here. I am so sorry for your loss, what a sweet, happy, and beautiful Daughter. May God bless her Soul, May she Rest In Peace, and May God bless you and your Family and Friends.

Our deepest condolences for your entire family. Our daughter was touched so deeply by your daughter, as her teacher at AMHS. Katie's favorite. We met her briefly at the Freshman Carnival. Quickly, I could see why our daughter loved Ms. Snelgrove. All students have mourned her passing all week long.
Prayers to everyone during this difficult time.

Leigh was an amazing and selfless friend. I will treasure our memories as teenagers growing up in a small town. Theyre filled with lots of laughter, sleepovers, prom, and driving around singing to music as loudly as our car stereos would allow.
Ill continue to pray for peace for her family and friends. I take comfort in knowing she is watching over us all and well see her again one day.
