My most sincere prayers to the entire Beaudway family. I met Monte 18? Years ago in my first buyer job at Caterpillar. He taught me quite a bit about the fabrication business, along w the supplier of the moment nth (Craig Joraanstad). Monte and I argued about the Bears and Packers rivalry everytime we met. He talked with me about life through one of my darkest times. Monte always asked of my daughters, like he new them. Incredibly special man who will be missed. Love ya Monte, Sniffs (his nickname for me)

Nancy our family is sending love to you! It still doesn't seem real, maybe because Montes spirit left such an indelible mark on us that we still feel it strongly. Watching the video service was wonderful since we couldn't be there with you, we are grateful for that and the many wonderful memories we take with us. We love you and are in awe of the grace and strength you have! Please know that you have our deepest sympathy and that we are here for you however and whenever you need.

With love,
Emily Bond Murray

Nancy I am still heartbroken at this news. Even tho Monte and I haven't spoken in 20 years I want you to know I never stopped loving him and you. God Bless Monte. I so admired him in so many ways He was better than most people. I knew that. How magnetic. I feel blessed to be in his orbit for quite a long time. I've lost 6-7 friends in last few years but astonishingly this one hit me the hardest. Strange right? But true. The pain has not passed yet. Take care my old friend. ❤

My dear friend, Nancy,
I will always remember you introducing me to the colorful, wild, fun loving character, Monte, that was to become the love of your life. His laughter, humor, generosity and spirit was the perfect fit for you. He left us too soon and leaves us all wanting more time with him. I am thinking of you today and sending all my love.

Nancy our thoughts and prayers are with you and the Beaudway family. Mike worked with Monte for over 30 years and they had a good relationship. When I would stop to see my husband at the FAB I was always greeted warmly by Monte. He was a good person. May he Rest In Peace.
