Dear Sharon, Christopher, Nicholas, Elizabeth and Katherine,

My deepest sympathy to you and your family for your recent loss. Well respected by his peers and patients, Stewart embodied what it means to be a physician caring for so many over the years. It was a honor to be his friend and colleague. We celebrate his life, and he will be continued to be missed.

Most sincerely,

Rhonda Chanson

Dr. Eads was our family physician for many years. My mother was also his patient. He had a kind and soft spoken spirit. He was a very positive person. I always felt so comfortable with him. May he rest in peace. Our prayers go out to the family.
