Memories & Candles
Bill was a long time friend and member of my South Carolina National Guard, Battery B, Spartanburg. Bill was a good soldier and friend. We were in the Downtown Sertoma Club together also.
He was a true gentleman, business man and served his community in many ways, always with a smile .
My thought and prayers are with his family in this time of loss. We are praying for them.

Bill was a great comrade and help to me when I needed to meet mortgage professionals when I started out in correspondent sales in 2005. Such a wonderful man. My condolences to his family and friends.

Jenny , DeeDee, and Beth , so sorry to hear about Billy D. Your Dad was one of my favorite people that I have ever met . Even though I haven't seen him in a couple years , the thought of him in the old days brings a Smile to face . Love, Jamie Rowland

Bill and I were roommates at Presbyterian College. We shared a world of experiences as college students as our friendship grew and we matured. He introduced me to my wife of 59 years.

This news makes me very sad. Bill was a huge part of our lives and I know I speak for all my former coworkers when I say he always made us laugh or smile on his visits to the bank. He will be missed. Your family will be in my prayers.
Much Love,

I miss you so much. When I was living with you in Charleston I had a lot of fun and I enjoyed being with you and lisa down there. Thank you for all you and Lisa did for me. Bill was one of our very best and closest friends. Our families shared many wonderful and fun times together and memories that will remain for our entire lives. We loved "Billy Bob" and we will miss him tremendously. I have no doubts that the good Lord has welcomed him with open and loving arms because he was a man filled with love, friendship and a giving spirit. We shared many concerns, thoughts and dreams together throughout our years as close

Lisa and family,
So sorry to learn of Bill's passing. Charlie and I will always remember those summers when we enjoyed cocktails and crabbing on Bohicket Marina. It was a special time for us to have the two of you in our lives. He will be missed by all that were fortunate enough to be his friend. God Bless. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
