John Castanes was not only one of my best friends but also one of the best Professional Engineers that I have ever known. His PE and PLS licenses were current and active until the day he passed! He and his wife, Helen (Elaine D Castanes) will both be greatly missed. I love you both. Thank you for allowing me to be such a big part of your lives and for the privilege to get to know your many wonderful friends in Fayetteville and beyond.
