We will all miss him. His wit and humor, also the tales of his life that seemed too wild to be true. I will keep his memory with me and think about him often. Hope you and your family are able to weather this loss. Always remember the good times you had and he will stay with you forever.

Dearest Susie, and extended family,

I am so very sad to hear of Jack's passing. He was such a fun person to be around. I have not known you long, but Jack was always smiling, ready with a hug, or joke, or just making me feel welcome. He was a bright light that has gone out, and I already feel his loss at church. My prayers and condolences go out to all of you in your time of grief. He has joined his family members that went on before him, and has left wonderful memories to those left behind. He is laughing now in the fields of the Lord, and God has enfolded him in his arms. RIP, dear Jack.

With love,

Dear Ms Susie,
Annie and my heart goes out to you. We are so sorry to find out about Jack passing, but he is in a better place and talking to Benny and Mom. We understand some of what you are going through and it was good to see you at Mom's. If there is anything that you need other than the obvious then let us know and we will try. We are here for you and the family.

Our deepest sympathies to the extended Hunt family in the loss of Jackie.. When my family came to Folly Beach in 1942, the Hunt family became lifelong friends.. My father's dear friend was Lee and my mother's was Mae.. Jackie grew up with my older siblings.. when I saw Jackie at the induction of Marshall Lee Hunt into the Folly Beach Hall of Fame, he told me he had some photos for me of his dad and family on Folly.. I'm sorry we didn't get to have that meeting Jackie.. I was to be named for Ted Schiadaressi and Lee Hunt.. I was a girl, so I was named for their wives.. I think a good legacy for me.. We will miss you Jackie.. Maebelle Barnett Bazzel, Mary Barnett Herbert and the Barnett family..
