Condolence & Memory Journal

Steve, my family would like for you to know how much your Mother meant to us. Growing up through high School with Rich, I loved spending time with your family. Over the the past few years your Mom and I had several long phone conversations. She was such an endearing person who was full of love. My hardest conversation we had was after Rich had passed. I was out of town and missed the wake and funeral. Rich and I had reconnected after years of never talking or seeing each other. I know it was hard on you and your Mom after Richs death. We will keep you in our prayers as you now deal with the loss of your Mom.

You'll always be Aunt Ann to me. I cant tell you how much I will miss you and all the time I spent with you and Uncle Ken. Between the dinners you cooked and the car help from Uncle Ken, I probably wouldn't have gotten where I am today. Honestly that's not all I'm sure. You will always have my love. Jody.

Shocked and saddened to hear of Aunt Ann passing way on Christmas Day. Last time I saw her she came to visit my dad when he was in the nursing home in Wisconsin just before he passed away. Did not see her very often over the years having lived in Chicago and now in Florida but we always had great phone conversations over the years and really missed seeing her. She was always quite the talker and I could listen to her for hours. I remember when she came to visit us back in 1975 with grandpa Hubbard, for our son's Erik's christening and the fun we had. Visited Aunt Ann and Uncle Ken in Charleston at their home in 1964. Cannot believe how fast time has flown by. We will miss Aunt Ann as we do Uncle Ken and Richard as well as my Mom and Dad and my Aunts and Uncle who have all gone on to Heaven. OUR deepest condolences to cousin Steve and his family.
