Condolence & Memory Journal

You and your family have been in my thoughts and prayers since I heard about Jacks passing. No one but the Lord God Himself can understand your loss and pain. I am so very sorry! I will continue to pray for all of you as well as the many friends and family who love you all and will miss Jack too. Comfort and hope to each of you. - In Christ, Julie Stiles Talley

Dear Scott, Victoria and your family, you are in my prayers. I did not know Jack. I served on the York Place board when Scott was chaplain. All I have heard and read about Jack shows that this apple did not fall far from the tree. May God comfort you and the love of your friends support you, now and always.

Dear Scott, Victoria, Isabelle, and Samuel, I am so very sorry for the loss of Jack! I have gotten to know Victoria through sewing classes and she spoke so proudly of all of her children. I especially remember talking about Jack's summer job. It was also Jack's quilt that Victoria used as an example for teaching me how to make a t-shirt quilt. May the Lord be with you during this very difficult time!! You are all in my prayers!

Sorry about Jack

Posted by Allison Smith - Columbia, SC   July 13, 2018

I had the privilege of teaching Jack at Anderson University. My memories of him are of a great young man, quiet, but at peace with himself and with life. So sorry that he left us way too soon. Heaven is a brighter place today because of his presence there. Prayers for you all.

Scott, Victoria, Isabelle, Samuel and the many hundreds of countless others grieving the loss of Jack.
Although I was not blessed enough to have known Jack one on one I do have the honor of knowing his beautiful mother Victoria. Such a proud mother of all her children especially, Jack.
Most people live an entire lifetime and never love or touch as many lives as Jack has touched in 19 years.
You are all in my heart and prayers.
God Bless and watch over you,
Christi Crockett

Scott, Victoria, Isabella, and Samuel, I am so, so sorry for your loss. Jack helped me move Nici's dad into his assisted living facility before her dad passed away. He was such a nice young man, and I was so sorry to hear about his passing. You are all in our prayers, and I am so sorry for your loss.

Fleischer Family

I can't wrap my head around your loss. There are no words, no comparison to describe the pain you must be feeling.
Through tragedy, even though we cannot see it at this time, our Lord is glorified. Especially when a young man, such as Jack, committed his life to serving Him and he then gets called home before he could beginso we think. Though called home at early age, your son had already touched so many young (and old) lives and will continue to do so in many years to come. His ministry had already begun and that is his legacy.

For this God is our God for ever and ever; he will be our guide even to the end. Psalm 48:14 NIV

With a broken heart
