Condolence & Memory Journal

OH my heart. I have tried for days to leave a message of the loss of my dear friend Brandi, but each time I tired to sit down to do it. I would just cry.
My sweet Brandi how I will miss you and our friendship. I am so thankful to God that we met as military spouses in IL. You have forever changed my heart by knowing you and becoming my friend. You will be dearly missed. My heart goes out to your mom, brother, Matt your wondaful husband and your sweet son Wyatt.
May they find comfort that you are with the Lord waiting their arrival . God knew it was your time to go make your palace in the sky, as much as it hurts us that are left behind, he needed you more. My prayers are with the Malone family as well as the Kelly family as they continue to find a new normal and to begin to pick up the pieces to start again. You will forever be in their hearts and forever on their minds as they keep your memory alive for Wyatt. God bless you all and may you find strength and courage each day to begin again.
All my best!
Renee.

I met Mrs. Malone last school year when I became her son's teacher. She radiated with kindness and love for her son from the moment I met her. I so enjoyed working with her throughout the school year and looked forward to Friday afternoons when she would come to pick up Wyatt. Always smiling and always kind. May she rest in peace and continue to watch over Wyatt. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I was lucky enough to meet Mrs. Malone when she enrolled her son at Westview Middle. I was lucky to have Wyatt in my room for 7th and 8th grade. During this time, I experienced the kindness Mrs. Malone always shared, and witnessed the the beautiful relationship and love she had for her son. Wyatt was blessed to have such an amazing mom- you will truly be missed.

I only met Brandi this school year but enjoyed our "good mornings" every morning when I came to pick up Wyatt. Brandi always had a smile on her face when I got there and would always tell me to have a good day. I will miss seeing her put Wyatt on the bus and her smile. I will keep Matt and Wyatt in my prayers.

Brandi, was a sweet girl that I only saw a couple times growing up, but the memories I have of her is the kindness she had for others. I will always remember her as that sweet little girl. When my Aunt Cheryl talked of Brandi it was with a real love and pride in her heart for her. I have no words to express my sorrow for your loss.

As your mother's friend, I so admire YOUR strength as a mom and wife, and your honesty when we all went shopping at Heather's. Too funny and a wonderful memory. Your character and grace were always front and center in every aspect of your life. You are truly and bright and shining star and you made your mom and dad and brother very proud. It is my privilege to call you my friend.

Brandi, we never met in person, but Facebook and WHS made us part of a very special 'family'. I loved seeing the pictures of you and Matt with Wyatt on Facebook; I strive to be the kind of devoted and loving mother you were. I know you'll continue to watch over Matt & Wyatt from above. Rest in Peace, my friend.

I worked with Brandi at Dr Burleson's dental office when we were both living in AR. Brandi was our dental hygiene assistant. She also became my friend. She was a huge help to us in the clinic! She was always ready with a smile or kind word. I never heard her say an unkind word about anyone. Every Christmas we played a game called Secret Santa. We both coincidentally drew each other's names one year. She was so thoughtful of the many little gifts that she gave me that year. I still use the coffee mug with my initial on it! She found out that my favorite fruit was strawberries and made me chocolate covered strawberries! Ironically, she always smelled of strawberries too.

I will always cherish my memories of her. She was a true friend and a wonderful coworker. My condolences to Matt, Wyatt and Brandi's whole family. RIP sweet Brandi.
