Addison was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Dr. Oscar Johnson, of Lake Jackson, Texas; Patricia Johnson Cummings and James Cummings, of Lake Jackson, Texas; John Ayrassian, of Canton, New York; and Mary Ann Hay, of Mount Pleasant.

The family will hold a private burial service with arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel.

Addison will rest peacefully beside his great-grandmother, Mary Ann Hay.
