Betty Lou Vineyard Warntz Obituary

Betty Lou Vineyard Warntz, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Sunday, February 6, 2022. Her graveside service will be held in Michigan at a later time. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel.

Betty was born April 4, 1930 in Harrisburg, Illinois, daughter of the late Herbert Cavender and the late Dollie Sherrod Cavender. Most of her adult life was spent in Oakland County, Michigan where she raised her son and enjoyed her grandchildren. She was a member of Andersonville Community Church, Davisburg, MI.

She is survived by her son, Dennis Vineyard (Nancy) of Charleston, SC; 2 grandchildren, Miki Diaz (Rich) of Utica, MI, Chris Vineyard (Molly) of Sylvan Lake, MI; 2 great-grandchildren, Kasee Ramesh (Ramesh Balasubramanian), Jose Diaz; and 2 great-great-grandchildren, Charvi and Avyay. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde E. Vineyard and her husband James E. Warntz.
