Betty Melinda Johnson, 62, of Goose Creek, SC, widow of Gerald Lee Johnson, Sr., entered into eternal rest Saturday, January 23, 2021. Her graveside service will be held Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Carolina Memorial Park at 3:00 pm. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel.

Linda was born January 21, 1959 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late David Marion Walton and the late Marian Annette Wicker Walton. She was a Goose Creek High School graduate. Linda worked at Charleston Lithography and Knight Press.

She is survived by two daughters, Adella Hyman (Wayne) of Summerville and Leah Johnson (Jamal) of Goose Creek, SC; stepson, Gerald Johnson, Jr. (Terri) of Yulee, FL; sister, Sheryl Glover of Goose Creek, SC; seven grandchildren: Aaron, Brandon, Sarah, Jordan Johnson, David A. Hyman, Daniel M. Treadway, and Zarkel Johnson; nephew, David Glover; and her niece, Tiffany Fryar.
