Brandon Paul Maciejewski, 41, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, husband of Laura Betzko Maciejewski died Sunday, January 9, 2022. His family will receive friends Saturday, January 15 at J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road, from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.

Brandon was born April 24, 1980, in Lorain, Ohio, the only son of David Maciejewski and Lori Wagner Maciejewski. A graduate of The Ohio State University, he was a Certified Public Accountant, licensed as a Chartered Global Management Accountant and member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. At the time of his passing, Brandon was the Order to Cash Director at Blackbaud and had previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was active in the community, and a fundraising volunteer for the Carolina Cavaliers, Make-A-Wish SC, Wando High School Band Boosters, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, where he served on the Executive Leadership Team. He was also a foster parent for The Charleston Animal Society. Brandon was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He found his peace and solace on the farm, tending to the land with his family. He has a passion for charitable giving and mentoring others.

He will be deeply missed by his wife of 19 years, Laura, and two sons, Logan Andrew Maciejewski and Eric Scott Maciejewski; his parents, David and Lori Maciejewski, of Blacklick, OH; sister, Kristen Maciejewski Zeune, of Columbus, OH; mother and father-in-law, Karen and Clair "Butch" Betzko of Hemingway, SC; and all that loved him in the community.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Logan and Eric Future Fund.
