Clarence Allen Milligan, 88, of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, November 24, 2020. Funeral Service is private. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel.
Clarence was born April 11, 1932 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of Herbert Marion Milligan, Sr and Mamie Theile Milligan, Sr. He was a engineer for SCDOT.
He is survived by his two daughters, Donna Milligan, Patricia (Bernie) Rogerson; son, Herbert "Allen" Milligan, three brothers, Walter Leroy Milligan, Carl William Milligan, Herbert Marion Milligan, Jr., nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren;
