David Bradley Rosenkranz, age 49, of Sullivan's Island, SC passed away in his home on May 17, 2018 while surrounded by his family and close friends.

Born in Phoenix, Arizona, David and his family moved to Southern California when he was two years old, spending most of his childhood in Rancho Santa Fe. David was a gifted competitive tennis player at a young age and talented enough to begin playing professional tennis on the ATP World Tour at the age of eighteen. David traveled the world playing until retiring in 1995. While attending design school in Atlanta, David fortuitously met and immediately fell in love with his future wife, Jennifer, and the two were married three weeks later on December 8, 1997. Together they lived in Reno, NV and Parkland, FL before settling in Franklin, TN where they founded David Rosekranz Custom Homes in 2003. David became a premier builder in the Nashville area and expanded his business to Charleston in 2014 with the family moving to Sullivan's Island soon thereafter.

He is survived by his parents, Joe and Janice Rosenkranz; his wife, Jennifer; son and daughter, Joel Paul and Sophia Leigh; brother, Brent Rosenkranz; sister, Kimberly Harvey and sixteen nieces and nephews. A profoundly loving and loyal husband and father, David devoted his life to serving God and those that he loved.

A memorial service being held Friday, May 25, 218 in the Church at LifePark, 1151 George Browder Blvd., Mount Pleasant, SC 29466 at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Downtown Chapel.
