Elizabeth "Bett" Brown, 76, of Sarasota, Florida, widow of Coach Evans Scrap Iron Brown, entered peacefully into eternal rest Sunday, July 22, 2018. Her funeral service will be held at the graveside Saturday, July 28, 2018, in Live Oak Memorial Gardens, 3093 Ashley River Road at 10:00 a.m. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel.

Bett was born July 21, 1942, in Summerville, South Carolina, daughter of the late Charles Christopher Lamb and Florence Kirsch Lamb Thurley. She was a graduate of St. Andrews High School and a retired Executive Secretary with Tennessee Technological University.

Bett is survived by her daughter, Karen Brown Feduccia (Michael) of Sarasota, FL; son, Keith Brown (Lisa) of Cookeville, TN; sister, Teena Lee of McDonough, GA; and grandson, Andrew Feduccia of Sarasota, FL.
