Air Force

TSgt Harold William Grohler, USAF, Ret, 88, of North Charleston, SC, died Sunday, May 27, 2018. His Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 31, 2018 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 1:00 pm. Interment with military honors will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 30, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel.

Harold was born September 25, 1929 in Thawville, IL, son of the late William "Bill" Grohler and the late Theresa Ditman Grohler. He was a retired US Air Force veteran and an Aerial Photographer and sheet metal worker.

He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Carter Grohler of North Charleston, SC; daughter, Robin G. Dunn (Gary) of Goose Creek, SC; two granddaughters, Amanda Peters (Matthew) and Amber Dunn; step-grandson Randy Dunn, four great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and great friends.
