Her Funeral Service will be held Monday, February 26, 2018 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Interment will follow Live Oak Memorial Gardens.

Jeanne was born July 5, 1952 in Charleston County, South Carolina, daughter of the late William J. Bellah and Connie Rast Bellah. She was a Medical Transcriptionist with Southeastern Spine Center and a member of St. John's Bethel Baptist Church of Moncks Corner. She is survived by her husband, Phillip Burns of Moncks Corner, SC; two daughters, Tiffany Beckley of North Charleston, SC; Lisa Madigan (Raymond) of Moncks Corner, SC; sister, Constance Varner of Charleston, SC; brother, Bobby Bellah of Charleston, SC; three grandchildren, Daniel Eugene Beckley, II, David Alan Beckley, and Lauren Grace Beckley.
