Keran Patricia Lanford Johnson Weeks, 77, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Carles C. Weeks, entered into eternal rest Sunday, March 14, 2021. A private service will be held Wednesday, March 17, 2021 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel, followed by a private entombment in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens.
Keran was born September 2, 1943 in Buffalo, New York, daughter of the late Charles Marion Lanford and Frances Hylant Lanford. She was a retired civil service employee in Defense Finance Accounting Systems, and a member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church.
She is survived by her daughters, Christina Marie Johnson Garvin (Robby) of Hollywood, SC, and Patricia Lynn Weeks Wells (Jimmy) of Huger, SC; her sons, Howard E. "Buddy" Johnson, II (Rhoda) of Cumberland, MD, and Charles M. "Mike" Johnson (Donna) of Hagerstown, MD; her sister, Frances Lanford Taylor of James Island, SC; twelve grandchildren, Kayla, Aubre, Ashley, Glenn, Sean, Bradley, Erika, Riley, Colby, Grace, Graci, and Aidan; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Charles Joseph Lanford and Edward Jude Lanford.
