Norma Elizabeth Shuler, 89, of Charleston, SC, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 6, 2022. Her Funeral Service will be held Friday, February 11, 2022 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the West Ashley Chapel.
Norma was born May 27, 1932 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late George Albert Harmon and Hilda Morrissette Harmon.
She is survived by her daughter, Lorain M. Bentz (Bobby); sons, Paul L. Murray (Carolyn), George W. Murray (Tina), and John Christopher Murray (Kendall); 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her former husband, Cleveland "Bootsie" Murray; second husband, Doug F. Shuler; sister, Constance Marie Huggins; and brothers, George Albert Harmon Jr. and Sydney Kee Harmon.
